Our client is seeking a Private Client Manager with a strong understanding of the global luxury and jewellery customer, that can grow their global gold client base. You are an autonomous worker with a hunter sales mentality, who can build on long-term relationships, both from their existing customer database, as well as identifying new customers. You are able to bring your own international black book of contacts, and be a strong one-to-one communicator, through various channels. You can be creative in using new channels and collaborations to reach an international target audience, as proven in at least 5 years of working experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Client relationship management and acquisition
- Managing sales events
- Event follow-up/after sales
- Private client sales strategy
- Sales reporting
- Feedback on product
- Sales funnel management in CRM (Hubspot)
- Managing customer service (repairs, returns, info mail, chat etc.)
- Create strategy to engage with D2C targets
