Within the Product R&D direction, we are looking for a Senior Designer for the Moto Touring Apparel category with the mission to design innovative functional products by combining design background and passion for motorsports.

Requirements

• Background in Product Design or equivalent.
• 5+ years of previous experience in the moto touring apparel industry gained in international brands.
• Adobe package and 3d visualization (familiar to CLO 3D preferably).
• Good presentation and communication skills. English fluency.
• A passion for motorsports.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, often under strong pressure to meet deadlines Responsibilities
• Driving design for the Moto Touring Apparel category by leading a project team and with hands-on design work.
• Embrace innovation, new trends, technology and design as a base to create concepts that reflect creative briefings.
• Design new products and define technical features, functional and aesthetic characteristics
• Materials selections, colors, trims etc.
• Support to product developers and paper pattern technicians to engineer the correct construction/fit and techniques for production.
• Execute quality assurance from initial concept to the finished product.
• Work with an integrated team of design, development and strategy.
