INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
HTNK is looking for an International Sales Manager for a "premier league" casual Men & Boys collection, founded in 2013.

As International Sales Manager you are responsible for all internal and external sales processes at their Amsterdam based office. With a strong background in both wholesale and retail sales you are the link between the locally operating sales teams, design and sales office.
With a solid network in the region/market you are a true relationship builder. Maintaining regular contact with clients, you keep the company denim collection top of mind. Meeting their needs, taking on their findings and input you strive to build partnerships, offering incentives and solutions where needed, you ensure the brand is positioned and presented in the market in the best possible way.
Ongoing, you identify, investigate and analyse the potential for optimisation and growth. Acting as the first point of reference for external sales organisations as well as internal departments such as design and product development, you ensure relevant market information will be put to use in a correct fashion.
You have the ability to introduce new projects and are able to tap into your network to build a distribution network for the denim collection. As a true team player and a strong communicator, you’ll drive sales processes in a consistent and sustainable way, reporting into the Managing Director.
Expand and develop the current sales network through key account both internationally and on a local level
Support and monitor local sales organisations for seasonal and in-season sell in
Consolidate sales feedback for input to design and development teams
Analyse sell in/sell-out data and ensure local sales organisations follow the strategic direction
Set up a communication system to ensure historical, current and expected results are reported
Create and follow up on yearly business plans
Drive the demand for in-store concepts and oversee they are successfully implemented
3-5 years relevant sales experience in the wholesale/retail fashion industry
Proven track record with a strong network in the EU market
Product affinity within the relevant market
Well developed influencing and communication skills fluent in English, preferably also in Italian, French and or Spanish
High level of analytical skills
Expert and interest in business intelligence software (i.e. excel)
Healthy dose of self-reflection and humor
