Marketing Manager, Accessories

HTNK is looking for an Accessories Marketing Manager for our world-renowned client!

What the role entails



From a general marketing perspective, you will:



  • Plan and execute category campaigns that connect to the global strategy and truly drive sales goals across all channels (DTC, wholesale accounts), alongside marketing channels (CE, in-store, etc.)
  • Build account specific go to market strategies for the accessories businesses
  • Work with cross functional partners (branding, merchandising, sales, etc.) to prioritise storytelling for the category, with a focus on brand building and foundational commercial stories
  • Drive and deliver go-to-market timelines for relevant category campaigns
  • Manage the GTM process in collaboration with Sales & Branding/Design teams, and execute seasonal product campaigns across all functions


From a digital marketing perspective, you will:



  • Manage development and distribution of social media content across channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
  • Think creatively to develop a robust one-to-one engagement strategy that will help build and grow the social community
  • Create and publish real-time content and engagements targeted to specific audiences
  • Curate/repurpose content from collaborators, media, fans, etc.
  • Surface and analyse metrics around brand, and industry content to deliver insights around content and community performance
  • Leverage social media technology tools to publish content, monitor conversations, listen to topics and analyse this performance
  • Stay current with digital and subject matter trends to make recommendations that are relevant to the social/digital presence
  • Build and own best practices, processes, and guidelines that improve content, engagement and drive operational efficiencies
  • Manage the weekly social calendar, aligning with the overall social media strategy
  • Build and own social content database working closely with cross functional teams to ensure content is delivered in a timely manner
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends, topics, conversations and the pulse of the community
  • Create and develop ecommerce strategies, to fulfil market needs, ensuring global consistency and local relevancy
  • Manage and execute ecommerce strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools and initiatives across all devices to grow revenue / gross margin / operating income, enhance consumer experience, drive traffic and increase conversion
  • Lead optimisation strategies across Merchandising, Operations and Digital Marketing by analysing KPIs, monitoring new technologies and driving change when appropriate
