HTNK is looking for a Community Manager for an innovative footwear brand, located in Amsterdam.
The Community Manager will be responsible for developing a strategy to enhance consumer engagement online, trough all social media channels. You will be responsible for leading ideation and creation for local and global campaigns. Key to this role is an analytical mindset, driven by the need to gain insight and improve projects. You will be responsible for managing a team and can work cross-functionally by planning posts on requests of other departments such as PR, Wholesale, Retail etc.
Measuring the effectiveness of investments based on marketing planning, implementation, and analysis. Executing market development and training within social media tools to ensure that you meet the KPIs . And identifying trends that are related to product development, brand and consumer related topics are also tasks of the Community Manager
The ideal candidate is always up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, and can quickly act on this. You can manage revenue driven content in relation to global channels, and identify a budget for social media activities and manage this while considering ROI.
You are familiar with:
- Google Analytics and BI tools
- Reporting and testing sales-driven activities and consumer listening
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant studies
- At least 7 years experience working in marketing or community management, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in a digital work environment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
