Roeland de Ponti spent 15 years at G-Star RAW translating marketing concepts into consolidated campaigns, catwalk shows, and global events, with reputations that remain today Over his career, he has consistently led production and project management teams, sometimes spread worldwide, ensuring that all operational processes deliver the necessary creative assets needed for the project no matter the scale, and all of the time. de Ponti has managed the production of RAW Crossover projects, including collaborations with Land Rover, Cannondale, Leica, and Vitra and the Prouvé family. With his ability to bring brand stories to life in truly engaging way, and sixth sense for when to take that certain risk – or not – de Ponti is a rare force that makes any production a memorable one.

11.30: Mirjam Choufoer, trainer, coach and recruitment consultant
Mirjam studied Fashion Management and Design at HTS Mr. Koetsier. After having worked as a Design and Product Manager for several fashion brands - including Karl Lagerfeld, Pepe Jeans, Supertrash and Tommy Hilfiger - she now splits her time between working as a consultant at HTNK, lecturing at TMO Business School and coaching in the fields of personal- and career development. Mirjam undoubtedly carries the title Master of Multitasking.
